coupling DIN 11851 type "D"
This coupling is one of the most used in european food- and beverage industry. With it´s round thread (DIN 405Rd) and a simple hook-wrench for easy mounting it get´s a universal union to connect unit-parts, pumps or tanks with hoses. The spigot on male liners front side centrates the coupling. There´s a little crevice between male and liner in mounted condition so that intensive cleansing or unscrewing is necessary to get faultless hygienic results in manufacturing.
CIP and SIP are warranted with adequate handling and higher cleansing-expenditure.
Shown male can be supplied with a concussion-protector build as a fixed ring made of polyurethan. Threads and nuts will be protected when the hose is moved on floors or falls down on surface.
