This aseptic-coupling consists of male, liner, clamp, and a sealring (O-ring). In mounted condition there´s a little crevice between male and liner which results of the nipper action. Therefore product deposits can´t stick on this crevice free joint.
The O-ring centers coupling component parts in radial dimension. Mounting is granted with a simple hand-served clamp. Safe pressure-ratings are limited up to 10-25 bar (225-350 psi) in cause of engineering structure.
In complete appreciation, the aseptic-clamped coupling is a high quality union which warrants CIP and SIP if handling is adequate.
