aseptic flanged hose-coupling
This flanged coupling consists of male, liner, screws, and a seal (O-ring). In mounted condition there´s a little crevice between male and liner which results of the nipper action. Therefore product deposits can´t stick on this crevice free joint.
The O-ring centers coupling component parts in radial dimension, locking is granted with refined steel screws and nuts.
In complete appreciation, the aseptic screwed coupling is a high quality union which warrants CIP and SIP if handling is adequate.
