aseptic screwed hose-coupling
This screwed coupling consists of male, liner, nut, and a sealring (O-ring). In mounted condition there´s a little crevice between male and liner which results of the nipper action. Therefore product deposits can´t stick on this crevice free joint.
The O-ring centers coupling component parts and the nut with standard DIN 405 round thread locks the union under usage of a simple hook-spanner.
In complete appreciation, the aseptic screwed coupling is a high quality union which warrants CIP and SIP if handling is adequate.
