Good self purification is the outstanding attribute of PTFE hoses with spiral inliner. Media of any nature couldn´t adhere and highest chemical resistance feature a very high performance. This hose type is non-restrictive usable for "CIP" and "SIP" in conjunction with aseptic units and pressed capsules. PTFE hoses with spiral inliner are applicable to convay hot chemicals, oils, fats, acids, bases etc. also under high pressure. The permitted bending radius is significant reduced in comparison to PTFE hoses with smooth inliner, permitted pressure is analog. Electrostatic charge will be avoided in design PTFE combined with carbon.
PTFE spiral hoses with medium wall are available up to diameter DN50.
Purification could be accomplished with any commercial available purifiers and disinfectants in adequate convergences and temperatures (also long-run steam sterilization).
