This hose with outstanding technical characteristics is predominantly implemented in pharmaceutical and food producing plants. The chemical stability against multitude of media is in accordance to PTFE. Acids, bases, chemicals, hot vinegar sauces, highly dyeing or adhering media as well as substances with high percentage of condiments are unproblematic to convey. The lucent and glassy inliner is inert to predominantly any chemical reaction or diffusion.
A spring steel helix (only type PTFE-S) warrants strength of shape and synthetic reinforcement the pressure resistance. "PTFE"- and "PTFE-S"-type are additionally electrically conductive based on an integrated copper wire. This hose is excellent applicable as a flexible connection to a filling automat for example. An extrem small bending radius predestines this hose for any dynamic case of operation. Purification could be accomplished with any commercial available purifiers and disinfectants in adequate convergences and temperatures.
