This hose with outstanding technical characteristics is predominantly implemented in pharmaceutical and food producing plants. The chemical stability against multitude of media is in accordance to PTFE (without it´s yield characteristic). Acids, bases, chemicals, hot vinegar sauces, highly dyeing or adhering media as well as substances with high percentage of condiments are unproblematic to convey. The white (PFA-S) or black (PFA-S-ATEX) glassy inliner is inert to predominantly any chemical reaction or diffusion.

The cover is made of black and white marbled EPDM-rubber, antistatic according to EN1215 (<106 Ohm). A spring steel helix warrants strength of shape and synthetic reinforcement the pressure resistance. "PFA-S" and "PFA-S-ATEX"-type are additionally electrically conductive based on an integrated copper wire. Purification could be accomplished with any commercial available purifiers and disinfectants in adequate convergences and temperatures.
