NBR (Acrylnitril-Butadien-Rubber) is the used term for a synthetic, on copolymers based rubber-type. Established trade names are e.g. Perbunan, Nitril™ or Polysar™.

NBR shows good to excellent stability in contact with fuel, oil and grease and is therefore often used in sealings, membranes and hoses, especially designed for contact with fatty food-stuffs.

CR (Chloropren Rubber) is the used term for a synthetic, on polychloropren based rubber-type. Established trade names are e.g. Neoprene™ or Duprene™.

CR shows semiconductor properties and is therefore not usable for electrical isolation. This rubber-type is mostly in common use when high flame-resistance, weather- and ageing-stability are required as well as resistance to chemicals.

EPDM (Ethylen-Propylen-Dien-Kautschuk) is the used term for a synthetic, on three monomeres basing rubber-type. Established trade names are e.g. Buna AP™ or Keltan™.

EPDM is non-conductive and therefore suitable for electrical isolation when the base compounds are proportional. Because of it´s good to excellent ageing stability EPDM-rubber is applied as foam- or solid-profiles, window-sealings, hoses and many more sealing elements.

PUR (Polyester-Urethan-Rubber) is the used term for a synthetic, on a isocyanate-compound and alcohol based rubber-type. Established trade names are e.g. Vulkollan™ or Adiprene™.

PUR is distinguished with outstanding wear resistance, exceptionally high tensile strength and relative high resilience. This rubber-type is stable to oxigen, ozone, ageing, mineral-oils and -greases as well as hot water up to ~80°C.

MVQ (Methyl-Vinyl-Silicone-Rubber) is the used term for a synthetic rubber-type which consists additional anorganic components. Established trade names are e.g. Silopren™ or Silastic™.

Silicone-elastomeres are preferential constituted where high- and low-temperatur-stability with simultaneously high flexibility, ozone-, weather- and ageing-stability are required, as well as physiological harmlessness and anti-adhesive surface property.

FPM (Fluoro-Rubber) is the used term for a synthetic, on copolymeres based rubber-type. Established trade names are e.g. Viton™ oder Fluorel™.

Fluoroelastomeres are flame-retardant and offer outstanding stability against high temperatures, ozone, oxigen, mineral-oils, fuels, aromatic compounds as well as many organic dissolvers and chemicals.

NR (Natural-Rubber) is the used term for a natural or isoprene-rubber. Established trade names are e.g. Para, Natsyn™ or Cariflex™.

NR shows good to excellent stability against alcohols and exhibits property of a very high ultimate elongation (800%). All other characteristics have to be scheduled lower than those from synthetic rubber-types.

Filler cap seal-rings are especially designed in cross-section and stability, aligned to the particular parameters. Available qualities are NR (dark-red), NBR (bright-red), EPDM (purple), FPM (brown) and MVQ (red).

Customized seal-rings (hafted and bonded) could be manufactured according your details.

Ring-joint-gaskets serve as metallic seal and are preferential applied in gas- and oil-industry applications. Shown is the structural shape "RX / BX" according ANSI B 16.20, API Std 6A.

Available steel grades are soft-iron and alloyed stainless steels, aligned to the operating parameters.

Manhole-gaskets get appliance for oval and conical fasteners. They affiliate optimal fitment, dimension-stability and "easy-mounting". These gaskets are according TRD401 and approve boiler-water and steam.

Manhole-gaskets according DIN 83403 get used to seal bottom-flaps or access-panels. Available materials should be chosen according operating parameters.

Flat-gaskets according DIN 28040 form FB (expanded gasket) should be charged and chosen in compliance to parameters like pressure, temperature, medium and general terms.
Plastic-semifinished products (round) are available in qualities like polyamide (PA-6G, PA 6.6), polycarbonate (PC), polyethylene (PE-1000), polyoxymethylene (POM), polyethylenterephtalate (PET) and polypropylene (PP-H).

We manufacture any design according to your drawing, graph or DXF-data-file, turned, milled or waterjet-cutted.

Membrane-rubber consists of isoprene- or nitrile-rubber plus a polyamide-fabric-insert. This combination offers high resilience and bursting strength.

PUR-PVC-foils with PES-fabric-insert are approved for contact with foodstuffs and could be manufactured to hoods, collars or something like that..

We manufacture any design according to your drawing, graph or DXF-data-file, stamped or waterjet-cutted.

Flat gaskets according EN1514-1 form FF, DIN 24154 form FF, DIN 86071 / -072 form FF and DIN 86044 form FF (flat gaskets with bolt-holes) are designed conform to the operating parameters.
Foamed rubber-plates offer many outstanding characteristics. Air- and watertightness, high compressibility and good to excellent damping features are a few. Available are the qualities CR, EPDM and MVQ in Shore-hardness ~10°ShA.

We manufacture any design according to your drawing, graph or DXF-data-file, stamped or waterjet-cutted.

Plastic-semifinished products (flat) are available in qualities like polyamide (PA-6G, PA 6.6), polycarbonate (PC), polyethylene (PE-1000), polyoxymethylene (POM), polyethylenterephtalate (PET) and polypropylene (PP-H).

We manufacture any design according to your drawing, graph or DXF-data-file, turned, milled or waterjet-cutted.

Modified PTFE-semifinished products offer outstanding technical characteristics which are basing on those of Polytetrafluoroethylene. The available application area is extended or aligned when PTFE is combinated with selected materials and refined in specific manufacruring methods.

Established trade names are e.g. GYLON™, GORE-TEX GR™ or ePTFE.

PTFE-fibre-glass exhibits a strongly anti-adhesive surface with a very low friction coefficient. The chemical resistance ranges from fluid to gaseous media in a temperature-range between -200°C up to +260°C.

We manufacture stripes (also one-sided adhesiv), frames, rings and pre-cut parts, stamped or water-jet cutted.

Flat-gaskets should be charged and chosen in compliance to parameters like pressure, temperature, medium and general terms. Non-standard design are e.g. cartrige-gaskets, gaskets with centre-bar, T-bar or Z-bar.

We manufacture any gasket according to your drawing, graph or DXF-data-file, stamped or waterjet-cutted.

"FDA"-compliant rubber-plates (acc. §177.2600) are widely comparable to normal rubber-plates. Differences become apparent in pigmentation and the licensed approval. Standard qualities are normally pigmented with soot. FDA-rubber-plates are normally "nature"-coloured or compounded with tested pigments if contact with foodstuffs is required.

The range of application and chemical resistance is in accordance to the rubber-types NR, NBR, CR, EPDM and MVQ.

Flat-gaskets according EN1514-1 form TG + SR, DIN 28040 form FS and ANSI B 16.21 form TG + SR should be charged and chosen in compliance to parameters like pressure, temperature, medium and general terms.
